We are looking for a motivated Senior PHP Developer educated to a degree level in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems or a related field, or significant experience in web based application development. Primary responsibilities include the design and development of Magento modules, themes, integrations and customizations. You will be working with a team of experienced eCommerce specialists in our office in Hilversum and oversee a number of developers based in our near-shore Solutions Centre in Malta.

Required Skills

• Experience developing for the Magento Application Framework;
• Experience with the following Web development languages: HTML/XHTML, XML, JavaScript, MySQL and CSS;
• Experience building and maintaining custom Magento extensions;
• Ability to implement Magento themes;
• Experience with the Zend Framework;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Problem-solving and teamwork skills, must be a team player with a strong customer service focus;
• Experience with version control and bug tracking.

Required Background

• Minimum 3 years experience working fulltime with PHP (Zend Framework highly desirable);
• Experience working with Magento;
• Proven Experience in managing a team;
• Authorized to legally work in the Netherlands.
